Event Committee

We plan to host events in the near future. The event committee handles the following:

  • Planning: Creating an event plan that includes the theme, goals, and desired outcomes

  • Funding: Creating a funding plan that includes all estimated expenses

  • Communication: Regularly communicating with sub-committees about their progress

  • Raising funds: Determining how to raise additional funds if needed

  • Event day: Being available and participating fully on the day of the event
